Assisted the TNC Staff and Board Leadership in the development of the $100 million Our Caribbean Campaign Plan, Campaign Timeline, and committee structure. Provided staff and Trustee training and strategic support to the board leadership, staff and Campaign Committee for all campaign communications, donor cultivation and gift solicitations. This campaign has raised over 50% of the $100 million goal.
